What sending this does and does not do

Sending this does not make you a client of Madgett Law, LLC. We do not represent you unless and until we both sign a written agreement.

Send only what this form asks for. Do not send documents or details you would not want us to have if we cannot take your case.

We may already represent someone whose interests are adverse to yours, and we may have to decline for that or for other reasons.

We will keep what you send confidential under our professional obligations to prospective clients, whether or not we take your case. That duty is not the same thing as the attorney-client privilege, which generally applies to communications inside an attorney-client relationship.

We will reply by email or letter. We will not call you about this submission. Reply with the word STOP, or write to [email protected], and we will not contact you again.

This form goes to the firm. It is meant for questions about the website, and we would rather over-warn you than have you assume a message here is a consultation.
